These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 287win (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us") and you, the registered user ("Player", "User", "you"). By accessing 287win at 287win.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 287win platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of their geographic location accessing the 287win platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

- You are not a current or former employee of 287win, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless express written approval has been granted by 287win management.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. Determining whether your jurisdiction permits participation is solely your responsibility.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
287win reserves the absolute right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Such proof may include, but is not limited to, a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), national passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 287win will result in account suspension pending verification.
Account Registration
To access 287win's real-money gaming services, you must create a Player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. The registration process requires you to supply, at minimum, a valid Pakistani mobile telephone number, a chosen username, and a password meeting the Platform's complexity requirements.
By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
- The mobile number provided is registered in your name and is currently active.
- You are opening this account for your own personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from 287win or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
287win employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 287win login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.
- You must choose a password that is sufficiently complex — at minimum eight characters combining letters and numbers.
- You must not allow any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf.
- You must notify 287win immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account whether or not you personally authorised such activity, subject to 287win's investigation findings.
- 287win will never contact you asking for your password. Any communication purporting to be from 287win and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
287win provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP delivered to your registered Pakistani mobile number. 287win strongly recommends enabling 2FA. The Platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from compromised credentials where the Player has failed to enable available security features.
Deposits & Payments
287win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page. Accepted methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and USDT via the TRC20 network. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is Rs100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and cryptocurrency are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of deposit.
- All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- 287win does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
- Deposited funds are credited to your 287win account balance upon confirmed receipt by the Platform's payment processor.
- 287win reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in deposit reversal and account suspension.
- Deposits made via cryptocurrency are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed blockchain receipt. 287win bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and confirmation.
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests are processed by 287win's payments team and delivered to the Player's nominated payment account.
- All withdrawal requests require KYC verification to be completed and approved prior to processing. Unverified accounts are limited in their withdrawal amounts or may have all withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists as part of 287win's AML obligations.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum withdrawal thresholds for other methods are displayed in the Cashier section.
- For KYC-verified accounts, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or where additional verification is required.
- 287win does not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in the Player's own verified name.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where the account is under security review, where unusual betting patterns have been identified, or where any bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the account.
- Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be deducted from any withdrawal request accordingly.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
- Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Live casino table games and video poker typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
- 287win reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not have their in-progress wagering affected by retrospective changes.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on 287win is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Sports betting rules, casino game rules, crash game mechanics, and slot game return-to-player (RTP) information are accessible within each respective section of the Platform.
- Bets accepted by the 287win platform are binding upon confirmation. A bet may not be cancelled or modified after acceptance unless the specific product rules permit in-play modification.
- 287win reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds, market presentation, or game data has occurred, provided that no reasonable Player could have believed the odds offered were commercially viable.

Prohibited Conduct

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 287win's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their 287win account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
- 287win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

- 287win accepts no responsibility for losses arising from your use of an insecure internet connection, malware or keyloggers on your device, or the compromise of your login credentials through your own negligence.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit 287win's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by 287win's proven negligence.
The 287win platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 287win makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the continuous availability of any specific game title or betting market.
Termination of Account
Either you or 287win may terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions below.
Termination by the Player
You may request account closure at any time by contacting 287win support. Upon your request, 287win will close your account and return your verified real-money balance — net of any outstanding bonus deductions — to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already done.
Termination by 287win
287win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 09.
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by 287win for cause involving breach of these Terms, 287win reserves the right to withhold any or all funds pending investigation. Where closure is made for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
Amendments to These Terms
287win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they substantially alter your rights or obligations — 287win will provide reasonable notice of the changes via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice displayed upon login.
Your continued use of the 287win platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact 287win to close your account before the effective date of the amended Terms. If there is any conflict between a previous version and the current version, the current version prevails.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 287win holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 287win's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by 287win.
287win operates a formal player complaints procedure.
